the molds are of good quality and as the seller declares, soft and easy to use. I ordered over 140 types of molds, a total of 1050 pieces, about 1% of the molds were damaged (crumpled, possibly due to transport) or about 2 types were mixed up. I didn't want a refund at all, it was about $15-20 and people sometimes makes misstakes. the seller himself offered to send it to me for free with the purchase order. I was annoying and asked a lot of things, they were very patient, consulted and answered everything. Fair approach and quality products, I can only recommend the seller
